Service Description

Orbionix provides an enterprise context engine and AI analytics platform. Features, availability, and pricing may change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with service operations, uploading malicious code, or using the service in violation of applicable data protection laws.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and technology associated with Orbionix are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of your data. We process your data solely to provide and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbionix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
